Co-Development
Since Minus 100’s formation in the year 2003, dozens of products and supporting services have been developed using one or more of carbon’s allotropes and other nano-particle systems. All products and services successfully launched have been the result of co-development efforts shared by Minus 100 and their prospective customer.
The development pathway has been the simple adaptation of Six Sigma: DMADV Methodology. The acronym “DMADV” stands for to Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, and Verify.

Process Overview:
These methods are implemented when a customer seeks improvement in the current product in use or producing an entirely “New Product”. Both product and process are guided by these methodologies. Once initiated this becomes a continuous process heavily weighted on process improvement and customer feedback.
